Respect the confidentiality of information received from both clients and candidates.
Maintain the anonymity and confidentiality of a client until permission for disclosure has been given.
Screen, evaluate and reference all candidates as part of the hiring process.
Ensure that from the outset, our services and fees are clearly understood.
Always ensure that both clients and candidates will always be fully briefed about one another.
Never submit unsolicited resumes.
Never forward a resume without the candidate's consent.
May keep past employees updated with new job information if desired, but will never recruit any employee we have previously placed.
Never knowingly withhold pertinent information about either a client or a candidate that might influence the other's decision.
