We are about to launch an exciting new recruitment service and
are looking for an experienced, dynamic and resourceful Recruitment
Business Manager to head up this initiative.
To succeed in this role you will be a sales-focused Business Manager
with a proven track record in developing a recruitment business,
increasing profits and working with a range of stakeholders to achieve
success.
You will be responsible for developing the new recruitment business,
raising its profile and delivering an outstanding service to your
customers.
| The ideal candidate must
have: |

At least
3 years recruitment industry experience, ideally with
a professional qualification. |
|
A thorough
knowledge of all aspects of the industry – some
preferably gained at management level. |
|
Direct experience
of sourcing and selecting candidates as well as strong
client and account management skills. |
|
Tenacious and confident, you’ll be able to handle multiple
priorities and you’ll thrive in a high pressure environment
